Why sandwiched bottom stainless steel cookware? |
Since 18/10 stainless steel itself is not a good heat conductor, in order to avoid hot spot from heat sourcing, we add aluminium or copper plate to the base for more even heat distribution. |

What is the advantage of slamming of brazing? |
In slamming process, aluminum and stainless steel sheet are heated up to 400 -500°C and pressed under huge forces enabling the aluminum material to integrate with the small pores on the steel surface creating an almost 100% bonded area. There won't be any medium between due to such a large bonded area, and also both its heat conduction and bonding strength are superior to the brazed ones. |

It looks nicer and there is no corrosion on the aluminium, caused by aggressive detergents. |
